In August, we invited team members who were interested in helping strengthen our workplace culture to join our new Culture Committee. We're pleased to share that on Wednesday, 10/30/26, we held our first meeting with more than 20 employees participating! The Culture Committee was created to bring people together, listen to employees, celebrate what we do well, and identify opportunities to make our organization an even better place to work.
