Residential Services Supervisor II @ Sierra (Virginia, MN) Employed with NHS Northstar 5.8 years Ann was nominated by her Program Coordinator, Krista Stafsholt. Krista shared that Ann pays attention to the personalities and wishes of her clients, providing everything from small craft projects such as “pour painting” to a large project requiring several people and many days to turn the whole living room in to a gingerbread house for Christmas. Ann has planned group vacations and birthday parties. She works with the clients to select themes and has hosted tea parties, a carnival, and a haunted house.
