  • Learning and Development Ticket System

    Learning and development is proud to present a new ticket system!  The Formstack ticket system will be available on desktops and in the kiosk.     Much like IT tickets, anyone can submit a ticket for support.     Please use this Formstack ticket system to submit ideas for any support you might need.     Once the ticket is submitted, learning and development will correspond with leadership to decide how we can get the resource and support you need to you.     Leaders, please encourage all staff to feel confident using the training Formstack.   As always, trainings are determined by leadership.     Program: Cresent (Aurora, MN) Employed with NHS Northstar: 1.6 years, and previous 5 years with ESI Laura was nominated by her supervisor, Fred, who shared, “The only reason I have not nominated Laura for one of the previous awards is because she doesn’t want to draw attention, but I have come to the determination that ignoring the amazing contributions she has made in the lives of the people who live at the Crescent house would be a disservice to her, and to the spirit of care that we try to live by here.” Laura is flexible with scheduling, always shows up when she says, and is self-sacrificing in the level of care she consistently gives.
