October is here, and that means it’s time to kick off Employee Ownership Month.  This is a month dedicated to celebrating the heart and soul of our organization-YOU! Whether you’re working directly with individuals in our care or supporting behind the scenes in other ways, you make our mission possible every single day.  Your compassion, commitment and dedication to quality care is what makes our employee-owned company so special. All month long, we’ll be celebrating YOU with fun events, ESOP education, giveaways, and special surprises. Employees will be receiving emails throughout the month with information on how to participate!

It was also a lot of fun seeing some of you in the homes and offices during the Coffee and Cookie visits!
