Christian is reliable, caring, and always willing to help Orion staff and clients. Our clients ask for him by name, and he often checks on our house to see if we need help. It is evident that he takes pride in caring for the clients. He stops whatever he is doing just to help a client with a task they need assistance with. He does the same with staff. He never makes you feel like helping was a burden.
We are proud to have Christian here at NHS Northstar!

What motivates you to do your best work every day?
It comes natural, as I take care of family at home.
What do you love most about working with the individuals you support?
Having conversations with the clients and knowing how to help them in general.
What skills or qualities have you developed in your role that you are most proud of?
Being more open and talkative with the people I support and with others.
What is something you do outside of work that you are passionate about?
I enjoy drawing, reading and learning new skills.
What is one piece of advice you would give to someone looking to grow in their role or career at NHS Northstar?
Starting out may be rocky, but once you get into the pattern of daily routines, the easier it gets.
