Pauline goes above and beyond for her clients and staff at Grandview. She is hardworking and dedicated, exceeding what her job duties entail. Pauline is a busy woman who is always there for her staff at the house and helps any new staff ‘learn the ropes.’
I have seen her come in on her days off and fill in where needed, even when she was under the weather. She makes sure her staff at Grandview know how much they are appreciated. I could go on and on… Thank you, Pauline, for all you do. Grandview appreciates you!

What motivates you to do your best work every day?
Making a difference in my clients’ lives and knowing I can help change their world.
What do you love most about working with the individuals you support?
Making their dreams come to life and the happiness that it brings to them.
What skills or qualities have you developed in your role that you are most proud of?
Patience and learning to allowing individuals to do things at their own pace.
What is something you do outside of work that you are passionate about?
My grandchildren are my hobby. And of course the Minnesota Vikings!
What is one piece of advice you would give to someone looking to grow in their role or career at NHS Northstar?
We are here to support our clients’ lives, not ours. Be present with them.
