In August, we invited team members who were interested in helping strengthen our workplace culture to join our new Culture Committee. We’re pleased to share that on Wednesday, 10/30/26, we held our first meeting with more than 20 employees participating!
The Culture Committee was created to bring people together, listen to employees, celebrate what we do well, and identify opportunities to make our organization an even better place to work.
During our kickoff meeting, the group talked about what makes us proud to work here, what helps employees feel valued and appreciated, and where we have opportunities to improve. From that conversation, the committee developed its mission:
To be a bridge that brings people together, creating a supportive and inclusive culture where employees feel valued, connected, and empowered to grow.
And our tagline:
Building Bridges, Strengthening Culture
