Megan goes out of her way to make sure Midway is running smoothly, as well as other programs that may need help. Megan has cross trained at a few houses, so she is able to assist, and does so at the drop of a hat. She will help in all areas, from client cares to shopping for a program. She is more than willing to pitch in where she can. We appreciate her so much!

What motivates you to do your best work every day?
My clients. I love being to one to advocate and listen for them.
What do you love most about working with the individuals you support?
They bring so much happiness and laughter to my life.
What skills or qualities have you developed in your role that you are most proud of?
My role at NHS Northstar has made me realize my skill set. It’s what has made me want to continue my career in nursing.
What is something you do outside of work that you are passionate about?
My dog, crafting, and camping during the summer months.
What is one piece of advice you would give to someone looking to grow in their role or career at NHS Northstar?
Remember we are here for the clients. Ask questions and be involved when the team is working through changes with the clients.
